During your initial FREE consultation, your clinical consultant will gather a medical history and document any relevant information in your secure electronic health record. Based on the consultation and review of your medical history, it may be recommended that you have a physical examination, which may include a trimix inject and ultrasound, completed in clinic to rule out any physiological issues related to the ED you are experiencing.

ED Physical Assessment
Locations: Edmonton and Calgary (In-person Only)
Provider: Nurse Practitioner
Cost: $875
During your ED physical assessment, your practitioner will review your medical history, medications etc. and document any relevant information in your secure electronic health record. The practitioner will explain the assessment process and confirm that your consent form(s) have been completed. You will be asked if you understand the assessment process, if you have any questions and asked for verbal consent to proceed.

The assessment using Trimix which is a medication comprised of three medications that when injected will result in a spontaneous, unstimulated erection. Once the erection is achieved, the practitioner will then examine the penis using an ultrasound machine to examine the quality of the blood flow and inspect the functionality of the value. The completion of this assessment will provide your practitioner with all the additional information needed to create a customized treatment plan for you.
Some of the most common treatment options include oral medications, injectional medications, P-booster using your own body's blood products for rejuvenation, neuro-modulators (Botox or Dysport) and even in some cases a penile implant might be recommended. Your practitioner will use all the information gathered to make the best possible care plan for you.
